The invention provides a mettrod for converting a gasoline motorcycle to electric, comprising the
following steps: Removal of Gasoline Engine: Detach the existing
gasoline engine from the motorcycle frame. Ensure compatibility
with the existing engine mount for the new electric components.
Installation of Battery Box: Desiga and manufacture
a battery box that fits within the original engine mount. Integrate the battery securely to maintain the motorcycle's structural nintegrity. Motor Replacement:
Option 1: Hub Motor Replacement Remove the rear wheel and replace it with a hub motor designed for electric propulsion.
Ensure proper alignment and integration with the motorcycle's existing framework.
Option 2: Mid-Drive Motor Installation: Integrate a mid-drive motor into
the motorcycle's frame, ensuring compatibility with the
drivetrain. Connect the mid-drive motor to the existing chain
drive system for optimal performance. Motor Controller nstallation: Mount a motor controller in
place of the gasoline tank. Connect the motor controller to either the hub motor or mid-drive motor and the battery system for effrcient power management. Three-Speed Selector
with Reverse: Implement a three-speed selector mechanism that allows the rider to choose between different power outputs. Include a reverse option for enhanced maneuverability.
