(EN) ABSTRACT Thermal lamination device Disclosed is a thermal lamination device including a press roller assembly. The press roller assembly includes two press rollers. A protrusion structure is disposed on at least one of the press rollers and configured to thermally laminate at least a portion of separators around electrode sheets during rotation. In a direction perpendicular to an axial direction of the press rollers, a first gap S1 is formed at a shortest distance between the protrusion structure of one of the press rollers and the protrusion structure of another one of the press rollers or between the protrusion structure of one of the press rollers and a surface of another one of the press rollers, a second gap S2 is formed at a shortest distance between a surface of one of the press rollers and a surface of another one of the press rollers, and the first gap S1 is less than the second gap S2.
