(57) Abstract
The present utility model provides for a ready-to-eat food wherein said food has reduced salt content due to incorporation of seaweed in the composition. The food is comprised of 15-20 wt% fish chunks, 5-8 wt% Baguio beans, 4-7 wt% carrots, 4-7 wt% potatoes, 3-5 wt% red bell pepper, 2-4 wt% green peas, and 40-50 wt% sauce. The sauce is further comprised of: 45-55 wt% tomato sauce, 25-35 wt% water, 2-4 wt% sugar, 2-3 wt% onion powder, 1-3 wt% garlic powder, 0.01-0.05 wt% black pepper, 0.01-0.05 wt% laurel leaves, 1-3 wt% salt, and 1-3 wt% seaweed powder. With the present utility model, it also provides a food that complies with the requirements set forth by different health organizations and government.
