(EN) PRECAST CONCRETE DRAIN INTEGRATED PERMEABLE MIXTURE
(57) Abstract
(EN) Abstract: The present invention relates to a precast drainage module integrating structural concrete with a permeable composite core, designed to simultaneously provide load-bearing capacity and surface water infiltration. The system comprises a modular precast concrete frame incorporating a recessed hollow filled with a polymer-bound aggregate mixture. This permeable infill allows stormwater to pass through the module, reducing surface runoff and minimizing the risk of localized flooding. The underside of the module may include hollow or slotted features to enhance drainage efficiency and reduce weight. The invention is applicable in urban infrastructure, including road shoulders, pedestrian zones, slope stabilization, and flood-prone areas. Its modular design enables easy installation, maintenance, and scalability, presenting a robust, environmentally responsive solution for integrated drainage and surface stabilization. The present invention relates to a surface module comprising a permeable composite material. The system includes: An aggregate-polyurethane mixture forming a permeable matrix; A rectangular mold where the mixture is poured and cured; A support structure that prevents the cured permeable material from dislodging downward into the drain; And an outer frame into which the mold is inserted. The outer frame is equipped with compression projections on all four inner sides. These projections press against the cured insert, increasing the bonding force and structural integrity of the composite within the mold. The polyurethane binder is formed by a chemical reaction between a polyol resin and an isocyanate resin, providing enhanced compressive strength, weather resistance, and water permeability. This invention provides a safer, aesthetically unified, and high-performance drainage cover, capable of preventing large debris or foreign matter from entering the drainage pipe, while allowing efficient rainwater infiltration.
