Smart Titan Transformer ကို မြေအောက်တွင် တပ်ဆင်အသုံးပြုကာ ရေနစ်မြုပ်လျှင်ပင် လျှပ် စစ်ဓါတ်အား ပြတ်တောက်မှုမရှိပဲ အသုံးပြုနိုင်စေရန် ရေလုံ sealed liner နှစ်ဆင့်ဖြင့် တင်းကြပ် ဖုံးဖိထားသည့် Termination Box, Tap changer Box နှင့်  Cable Sealed Cylinder များ သ ဘာဝပဲတစ်မျိုးမှ ထုတ်လုပ်သည့် Natural Ester Insulation Oil, ဖိအား၊ ရေတိုက်စားမှုနှင့် သံ ချေးတက်ခြင်းတို့မှ ခံနိုင်ရည်ရှိသော Stainless Steel Tank တို့ဖြင့် ပေါင်းစပ်တီထွင်ထုတ်လုပ် ထားပါသည်။ Termination Box နှင့် Tap changer Box တွင် liner နှစ်ဆင့်တပ်ဆင်နိုင်ရန် အတွင်း၊ အပြင် ကော်လာနှစ်ဆင့်ဖြင့် ရေလုံစေရန် ပြုလုပ်ထားသည်။ Termination Box နှင့် Tap changer Box ၏ အဖုံးပတ်လည်နှုတ်ခမ်းသားများကို နှစ်ဆင့်ပုံစံ ထွင်းထားပြီး ရေလုံနိုင်မှုကို မြှင့်တင်ထားသည်။ Cable Sealed Cylinder တွင် ရေလုံ Rubber Bush နှစ်ခု ထည့်သွင်းနိုင်စေရန် Solid Cylinder ၏ တစ်ဖက်တစ် ချက်စီတွင် အဝိုက်ပုံစံ ထွင်းထားပြီး Cable Size နှင့်ကိုက်ညီသော အပေါက်များ ပါရှိသည်။ Rubber Bush ကို တင်းကြပ်ဖုံးဖိထားသည့် Cover များဖြင့် Design ပြုလုပ်ထားပါသည်။

Smart Titan Transformer

The Smart Titan transformer is designed for underground installation, ensuring uninterrupted power supply even when submerged. This is achieved through a combination of innovative features: a termination box, tap changer box, and cable sealed cylinder, all tightly sealed with a double-layer waterproof liner. It utilizes Natural Ester Insulation Oil, derived from a natural bean type, and is housed in a stainless-steel tank that offers resistance to pressure, water erosion, and corrosion. The termination box and tap changer box are engineered with a dual-layer collar (inner and outer) to accommodate and secure the double-layer waterproof liner, enhancing their watertight integrity. The sealing surfaces of the covers for the termination box and tap changer box are designed with a double-layer groove to further improve their watertight capabilities. The cable sealed cylinder features grooves on both sides of the solid cylinder to accommodate two waterproof rubber bushes. These grooves are designed to match the specific cable sizes, ensuring a secure and watertight seal. The design incorporates covers that securely compress and enclose the rubber bushes to ensure a reliable seal.
