(EN) According to the present invention, the protruding portion holding mechanism holds the lid portion while holding the protruding portion inserted into the hole portion, and the shielding door moving mechanism moves the shielding door, together with the lid portion held by the protruding portion holding mechanism, in a first direction to be drawn into the work chamber, thereby detaching the lid portion from the container body, and moves the shielding door in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction to allow the carry-in/out port and the opening to communicate with each other to enable the carry-in/out work of the substrate with respect to the storage container.
